Carvers Corner (Or Gary’s Gossip Column)

The July Carving Show was another wonderful and improved event. Even with some missing folks this year due to many different problems it was great. The auction helps us pay our insurance and utilities and is always loads of fun. We are still continuing to work on Comfort Birds. Thanks to all who have been helping us with getting these birds cut out and carved.   It is really appreciated. Wayne Cruze was here for a one day seminar on Celtic Carving. The six students got a great start on their projects. Dues are $10.00 + $1.00 per each family member. Always due in December so now they are late.

Your Ol’ carvin’ buddy, Gary

The new bathroom Tom Kallner and Bob Alexander have been working on was great after our plumber adjusted the hot water. It will be a great help for us when we have multiple guests upstairs.
