NO PEEK DINNER
from the Kitchen of Pam David

Slice potatoes into an electric skillet

Slice small onion on top

Add chopped cabbage, however much you want

Add 1/2 C. Water and dot with butter (about 4-5 tsp.)

Salt and pepper

Put kielbasa (or another smoked sausage) in…

I usually cut the sausage in thirds.

Put on lid, set on med low (about 275-300) and don’t peek…don’t remove the lid..

.in 30 min. Dinner is ready. We love this stuff.……
