PORK STEAK CASSEROLE:

1 1/2 lb. pork steak cut into strips

2 Tbsp. oil

1 lg. onion, chopped

1 sm. green pepper, chopped

14 oz. can mushrooms, drained

8 oz. can tomato sauce

3 Tbsp. brown sugar

1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar

1 1/2 tsp. salt

2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown pork in oil in skillet. To remove excess fat drain on paper towels. Place pork strips and all remaining ingredients in a greased casserole dish and bake for 2 hrs at 350°F.. Serve over noodles or rice. Could also be cooked in crockpot for 6-8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
