Texas Caviar


2 cans Black-eyed peas – drained & rinsed

1 can White Shoe peg Corn – drained

1 can Rotel tomatoes

1 Bunch Green Onions – chopped

1 small bell pepper – chopped (optional)

2 Jalapenos – chopped (optional)

1 small can sliced or chopped black olives

1 bottle Italian dressing ( big bottle ) fat free or regular


Combine all ingredients and refrigerate. Better with each passing day. Serve with Scoops Tortilla Chips
