CONVERSE – Thomas “TOM” C. Brown, Jr., 67, went to heaven on August 23rd at his home with his family around him.

Mr. Brown was born in Peru, IN to the late Thomas C. Brown Sr. and Betty (Stepler) Brown. Also the “Dad” that raised him the late Roscoe Simpson. He married Debbie “Suzi” Biggs on January 18th, 1975.

skull-pilot-fsTom graduated from Oak Hill High School in 1965. He served in the US Navy on the USS Essex. He was a founding member and President for many years of the Eastern Woodland Carvers Club that just celebrated its 25th anniversary. He is a member and past President of the exclusive national Caricature Carvers of America. A member of Boy Scouts of America becoming Eagle Scout, and earning the Silver Beaver as an adult leader.
